• Prices must come from a California-based retailer/website only. 
• Product must be in stock, identical in condition, packaging, and model number.  We will not match retail boxed product pricing to OEM packaged ones elsewhere.
• Prices must be before any rebates.  We will not match product prices after a  rebate is applied.
• Prices that are matched are all pre-sales tax and pre-shipping costs (if applicable).
• All pricing must be verifiable in print or on the web.
